Lowder Family Chalet Pricing This historic chalet is located within walking distance of Park City Ski Resort and Old Town Shopping. Free transportation is also available to Deer Valley Ski Resort. This family ski chalet was built in 1962 and has recently been remodeled. The main floor is a cozy living area with fireplace, dining area, bright kitchen, and full bath. The upstairs consists of two bedrooms and a loft. The basement has a bath, game room, and laundry room. Also a seven person hot tub and high speed internet access via Comcast. LIVING ROOM: Large living room with gas fireplace. TV with cable and video machine. The dining area is part of the living room with an antique table that extends to sit 14 people. BEDROOMS: The bedrooms are located in the upstairs. Each bedroom has a queen bed, dresser, night stand, and alarm clock so you won't miss the morning powder. The bedrooms are located off the loft which has 2 double beds and 2 day beds with trundles (four single beds). The Chalet can sleep 12 people in beds. BASEMENT: The basement has been finished by artistically painted cement walls and adding several game tables. This makes for a fun room you won't have to worry about ruining. The washer and dryer are off the game room which also has a ski workbench and ski racks. KITCHEN: Airy and bright, the kitchen has hardwood floors, full size fridge, microwave, oven/stove, dishwasher, disposal, and large pantry. The kitchen is furnished with dishes, pots and pans, griddles, crockpot, coffee maker, silverware, and kitchen utinsels. BATHS: The bathrooms are located on the main floor and in the basement. The main floor bath has a tube, toilet, and sink. Both are supplied with plenty of towels, wash cloths, and soap.
