Cancellation: Full payment is non-refundable if cancelled within 30 days of arrival. If we are able to rebook the cancelled space, nights booked will be refunded.
Check In: Check in will be at noon on the day your stay begins. We will try to be flexible if contacted prior to your arrival.
Check Out: Check out is 10 am. We ask that you be considerate to the check out time as we will need to have the condo cleaned for our next guest.
Our Condo is equipped with all bedding including blankets, sheets and pillows. We have a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, pots and pans, coffee maker, toaster etc. We include all towels, soap, paper products and detergent. We have 2 TV’s , a VHS, DVD player and stereo. The condo has a gas fireplace and a shared hot tub for your use.
Pets and Smoking in the condo is prohibited
