Rental Agreement and Information:
Please read this carefully as it explains our policy on deposits and
any other questions you may have.
1. We ask a $300 security deposit. The deposit holds your booking and
covers any damage should such occur during your stay. The deposit could
be used for additional cleaning if the condo is left in filthy condition.
(this rarely happens) Your deposit will be returned in full or part with
in two weeks of your departure.
2. In addition to your rent there will be a $70 cleaning fee. This is
not refundable. We offer a professionally cleaned condo for each guest.
3. Check in is at noon. Check out is at 10am on the day your stay ends.
4. We try to provide an adequate amount of paper goods and towels for
your use. There is no maid service so we will not provide clean linen
daily. If you feel you will need extra towels let us know prior to your
arrival.
5. The telephone has a long distance block on it. You may receive long
distance calls but would have to use a calling card to make them. Our
condo phone is (435) 615-1557.
6. The condo is heated electrically and there is a gas fireplace. Please
turn down the heat in the condo to 65 when you leave.
7. There is a condo association hot tub for your use. Beach towels are
located on a shelf in the master bedroom for hot tub use.
8. We try to maintain a smoke free rental so please no smoking in the
condo what so ever.
9. No Pets, not even small or well behaved ones.
10. There is a small parking lot below the unit, next to the street. Each
unit is allotted one space. Our space is #2. If someone is parked in our
space, give me a call. We have a contract with a towing company and they
will respond right away.
11. We are within a block of Main Street, where you will find a city shuttle
to take you to all resorts in Park City. Main Street offers a large variety
of restaurants, galleries and shopping.
12. If you book your stay with less than 30 days until your arrival, please
send the full amount of rent with your signed contract.
